In honor of Oktoberfest, the Huddled Masses Orchestra will play for a dance party celebration in the yard! Join us for traditional Bavarian pretzels, farm krauts, and Oktoberfest brews from Tributary Brewing Company. It wouldn't be Oktoberfest without an oompah band! Don your Lederhosen...the Huddled Masses Orchestra will inspire us to schunkel and polka the night away! Favorite German folk dances for all ages will be taught. Free; a $5 donation for the band appreciated.

Huddled Masses Orchestra is Maine's only Serbian-style brass band. They will play a selection of traditional Germanic tunes for the occasion.
Oktoberfest pretzels and accompaniments will be prepared by German baker and Certified Bread Sommelier Heike Meyer (Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen Vermont), chef and food historian Richard Witting (Firefly Catering and Isole Events), and food anthropologist and baker Anna Mays (Old World Desserts).
